Replacement Policy
We strictly offer replacements only in the case of manufacturing defects. No refunds will be provided. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- The item must have a proven manufacturing defect.
- The issue must be reported immediately upon receiving the product.
- You must provide the receipt, proof of purchase, and clear defect videos.
How to Initiate a Replacement Request:
To report a manufacturing defect and request a replacement, please send us an email at sales@aartimachines.com. Once your request is verified and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the defective machine for a replacement.
